Q. What does canvas price include ?
Canvas price is for a full wrap canvas print on the finest grade Egyptian fleck canvas, stretch mounted onto a 36mm deep oak stretcher with hangers fitted, ready to install. Quoted sizes are in centimeters, packaged & shipped to any UK address fully tracked and insured within 3 days of placing your order (for UK deliveries, 5 days for international). Overseas deliveries are easily arranged by special request, please contact us for a price to your region. Sizes are the approximate size of the final printed image dependant on the originals dimensions this will be confirmed with you prior to your order being produced and shipped.

Q. Can I get canvas prints in other sizes ?
Yes, for each image on the site we have priced three standard sizes, but you can request a canvas print in any other size you like. Our panoramic images are shot in a giga pixel format and can be reproduced in sizes up to 40 meters in length with spectacular image quality. Simply email us with your specific requirements and we will contact you with a price.

Q. How do I get un-watermarked comps ?
The images available on this site are prepared to the highest standards which is difficult to see on such small screen  reproductions seen here on this site. Please select the images by adding them into your lightbox - click  the 'SEND ENQUIRY'  button and those medium res images will be emailed back to you for a rough mock up or just to take a closer look.

Q. I need a high resolution comp for a presentation to my client, is that available ?
We charge £35 per image for a 1 time presentation to a client. If the client licenses the photo for further use, the £35 will be credited towards that fee. To obtain a high res, please contact our team.

Q. What does the 12 month web licence include ?
The web licence allows for the selected image to be used on upto two pages at the same web domain ( max. quarter page each - not home page ) or half page on one page ( not home page ) or quarter page only on home page. If you need additional web usage or exclusivity please get in touch with our team to discuss those needs. To include the image in an email campagn in support of the same web domain costs an additional £175.00 for a 2 month licence.

Q. How do I receive licensed images ?
Once we receive payment, the image(s) will be uploaded to your lightbox with a confirmation email sent to you detailing how to access the image(s).

Q. How do I get print licence pricing information ?
All Alexander James images are priced on a Rights Managed basis. This means that the fee to license an image for print is based on specifically how it will be used. For example, if the image will be used in a brochure, the license fee will depend on how many brochures will be printed, whether the image will appear on the inside or cover, the size of the image, the region in which the brochure will be distributed and the period of time over which the brochure will be distributed. Pricing can be determined by contacting our team who will quickly provide a comprehensive proposal to suit your exact needs. Q. Do you offer unlimited use ?
We do offer pricing for unlimited use for a specific period of time. This is usually your best option if you will be using an image extensively. In order to provide you with a quote for unlimited use we need to know the duration, the region of use and if you want to include outdoor use (billboards, point of sale, transit shelters, etc.) as part of the license. We also offer unlimited use on either a Non-Exclusive, Industry Exclusive or Blanket Exclusive (all industries) basis. We do not offer exclusivity on a regional basis except by country or continent.

Q. Do you offer images with Exclusivity ?
All of our images are offered on a non-exclusive basis. We can offer exclusive options on any image, to discuss your needs please contact our team. We can also offer quotes for Industry Exclusive, Region Exclusive and Blanket Exclusive (all industries) pricing. Exclusivity can add substantially to the cost of the usage fee but it guarantees that competitors will not be using the same images. Exclusive uses normally include Unlimited Usage, excluding outdoors uses.

Q. Do you offer Royalty Free images or Subscription services ?
Since all of our images are only available on a Rights Managed basis we do not offer Royalty Free images or Subscription services of any kind so you can be sure of an images past usage history.

Q. What types of payment do you accept ?
We accept PayPal, credit card, and wire transfer payments. Images will only be released upon receipt of full payment.

Q. Do you offer discounts for purchasing multiple images ?
We do offer discounts for multiple print licence images. This discount will automatically be provided when you purchase more than 1 image.

Q. When does the usage period of the images begin ?
The usage period for licensed images begin on the date we release the image (upon receipt of payment via PayPal , credit card or wire transfer) unless we are informed otherwise prior the release of the image.

Q. What is your cancellation policy ?
Once payment has been received, a refund of up to 50% may be issued if cancellation is within 7 days of purchase, and the image has not been used. If the image(s) have been used in any way, no refund will be provided. After 7 days, no refund will be provided.

•    Total number of brochures to be printed
•    Total time period brochure will be distributed
